1. No Return Policy

All products sold on Amrit Kuti are generally non-returnable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after delivery.
Products that have been opened or used.
Products where the customer no longer requires the item.
Products ordered in the wrong variant or quantity by the customer.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Although we follow a No Return Policy, customer satisfaction remains important to us.

If you receive:

A damaged product.
A defective or leaking product.
An incorrect product.
A missing item from your order.

Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video, if available, so that our team can investigate the issue.

After verification, an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, may be provided as applicable.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed.
Delivered orders cannot be cancelled.
